How It Works

We will work with you every step of the way to get your online wedding rsvp system exactly how you envision it.

    SIGN UP – Customize your wedding RSVP package by filling out our order form. We will setup a personalized account and rsvp website for you that will match the colour theme of your wedding.  Included also is a personalized URL and rsvp questions of your choice.

    INPUT GUESTS – Once your website is setup, you will be able to login and easily input the names of all of your wedding guests and group them by family.  You will have the option of choosing which guests are allowed to bring a “plus one”. Each guest will be given a passcode, which can be automatically created or chosen by you.

    SEND CARDS – Mail rsvp cards that state your personalized URL and guest passcode to your guests or enclose rsvp cards with wedding invitations. An example card can be seen here. Option: Go green by emailing guests this information!

    GUESTS RESPOND – Your wedding guests will visit your rsvp website and will be asked to input their name and passcode to login.  They will then be prompted to answer your specified questions and submit their response.

    VIEW RSVP RESPONSES – You will be able to see everyone’s response, meal choice, comments, etc. all in one place! Real-time statistics on number of guests attending, not attending and awaiting reply are all provided as well.
